Free shipping on US orders over $65. Orders outside of the US or less than $65 will have the shipping calculated based on your location.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind and the customization of our products. We check all items before being sent, but if an item is faulty, please contact us. Returns and exchanges are not available on sale items. If you need any further information, please contact us.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, please be sure to change the shipping address and mark the order as a gift. No invoice will be sent.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout. Please check your junk folder, as they sometimes end up in there. You can use this number to track your item.
