RETURN/REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our personalized products we do not offer refunds or returns.
If the items are not personalized we offer returns within 14 days.
LATE + LOST PACKAGES
Please note Sweet June is not held responsible for any late, lost or damaged deliveries from USPS or UPS. This is the customers responsibility to check with their local post office contact and follow up.
If your tracking is showing delivered and you did not receive it please contact your local post office.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Please ensure you provide your email address so you receive your tracking number. We can not send your tracking to a phone number.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We check all items before being sent, but if an item is faulty, they must be sent back in the exact same way as you received with all tags attached and unused. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Returns and exchanges are not available on sale items. We do not offer any changes or returns on any personalized items. Please ensure you choose the correct variations and provide the correct information for any personalization as this can not be changed.

Please ensure the postal address is correct. You are responsible for the return postage costs if an address is incorrect and your package needs to be resent.
