Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout. Please check your junk folder, as they sometimes end up in there. You can use this number to track your item.
Everything in our personalizable collection can be personalized with custom embroidery for an additional fee. You can also order the items as is without embroidery.
When you order, you'll enter your personalization requests -- the name you'd like, font choice, and embroidery thread color. Please double check what you enter, as it can't be changed.
Your personalized item will take an extra 5 business days.
No, all personalized items are final sale only.
You'll get free US shipping on orders over $65. For order less than $65, your shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
